The meeting was called to order by Mayor tom Ryan at 5:30 p.m.
Council members present at roll call: Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Edwards and Mrs. Beyer. Also present, City Manager Mark Mosley, City Clerk Theresa Barkhimer, and City Attorney Glenn Sharpe. Council member Mr. Williams was not present.

OMAG Escrow

Discussion and possible action to approve OMAG escrow credit of $7,172.40 to reduce our 2024/2025 worker’s compensation renewal.

Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve using OMAG escrow credit of $7,172.40 to reduce the City of Wewoka’s worker’s compensation renewal, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Beyer, and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
Conditional Sales Contract
