Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Beyer, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

B. Acceptance of Treasurer’s Report from meeting held December 14, 2023
