Mrs. Beyer made a motion to award bid to MacHill Construction in the amount of $15,470,000.00 for new water treatment plant, seconded by Mrs. Edwards. Aye’s Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Edwards. Motion passed.
