Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve consent items A, B, and C, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Smart, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

Discussion and possible action to approve opening bids for 3 CD’s totaling $500,000.00

Mr. Morrison made a motion to accept Security State Bank’s bid and open 3 CD’s totaling $500,000.00, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Smart, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed.
CDs are secured by pledge. Signers are Victoria Florie and Thomas Ryan.
