Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Smart and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

b. Approval of the Treasurer’s Report
c. Approval of Purchase Orders
