The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Tambra Beyer at 6: 27 p.m.
Authority members present at roll call: Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams and Mrs. Edwards. Also present, Manager Mark Mosley, Secretary Theresa Barkhimer, and Attorney Glenn Sharpe.
Chairman Tom Ryan and Authority member Mr. Morrison were not present.

Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Smart, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed. The following items were approved:
