Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Beyer, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

Discussion and possible actin to listen to proposal by Glenn Kay Evans Farms, Inc. with the possibility of going into executive session O.S. 307 B.3
Minutes
Mrs. Smart made a motion to go into executive session at 6:31 p.m. to discuss land purchase proposal by Glenn Kay Evans Farms, Inc., seconded by Mrs. Edwards. Aye’s Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, and Mr. Morrison.
Mrs. Edwards made a motion to return to regular session at 7:05 p.m., seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, and Mr. Morrison.
Mrs. Beyer made a motion to decline the proposal by Glenn Kay Evans Farms, Inc. to purchase property on Wewoka Street next to the old Robert’s Drug Store and city would be happy to work with Glenn Kay Evans Farms, Inc to find another location for Farmer’s Market, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
