Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed the following items were approved:
A. Approval of minutes from meeting held on December 14, 2023
B. Acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report from meeting held on December 14, 2023
C. Purchase Orders from meeting held on December 14, 2023

Wewoka Ave, legal description Lots 2, 3, 4-5, 6, 8 and 9 all in Block 21 OT Wewoka to the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, seconded by Mrs. Beyer. Aye’s Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, and Mr. Morrison. Nah’s Mrs. Smart. Mrs. Edwards abstained. Motion passed.

Mrs. Beyer made a motion to table the sale of property located at 219 W. 1st, legal description lot 14 and all lots 15-18, block 19, OT Wewoka and lots 31-33, block 19, OT Wewoka (lot behind current police department) to the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, seconded by Mrs. Edwards. Aye’s Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Smart and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
