The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tom Ryan at 6:00 p.m.
Council members present at roll call: Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, and Mrs. Beyer. Also present, Mark Mosley City Manager, City Clerk Theresa Barkhimer, and City Attorney Glenn Sharpe.

Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

a. City Hall: Just about through remodeling city hall. Putting everything back now. Still need to get AC/Heat units over into the front office. Weill start on the roof of westside when weather starts cooling down then get started on the fire department.
b. DHS. We have a figure on what the state has asked Wewoka to handle of the remodel of the old dollar store. We will bring an updated contract to you next month.
c. We should be getting in the first of the two chassis within the next 2 weeks. We already have the one box getting refurbished and we will take the first chassis up there as soon as we get in. The second chassis should then come in within 2-3 weeks after the first one.
d. We are going to start working on the SSES study. One of the reports gave us the private cleanouts that needed to be repaired. There were close to 160 private cleanout that needed to be repaired. We have put aside some money to help with the repairs and we will be doing most of the repairs ourselves. Most of the repairs is putting in a cap or raising the cleanout itself. We will hang door hangers on the lines that will be repaired so the homeowner or renter will know what we are doing.
e. 4th of July was a big success this year. Once again, we would like to thank everyone who helped including First Baptist Church for feeding everyone and Marilyn Moody for getting all the donations for the fireworks show. Would also like to thank the fire and police department for helping
f. This is Pokkechetu week. The dinner will be this Saturday night. Le me know if anyone wants dinner tickets. We are expecting about 100 golfers this year.
