Pay Your Bill Online
Utility bills can be paid conveniently and securely through our online payment portal.
Apply for Emergency Utility Assistance
The City of Wewoka is here to support our residents. If you need help with your utilities, please fill out and submit the Emergency Utility Assistance Packet.
Water & Sanitation Account Services
Start a New Service
To start a new service, please download and complete the application form, then bring it to our office with the following:
- Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
- Social Security Card
- For Renters: Original or Notarized Lease/Rental Agreement
- For Homeowners: Notarized Deed
- Water Deposit ($75-100 for residential, $100 for business)
Please note: all documents must be in the applicant’s name.
Transfer a Service
To transfer your service to a new address within Wewoka, please complete the transfer application and bring it to our office with the following:
- Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
- Social Security Card
- For Renters: Original or Notarized Lease/Rental Agreement
- For Homeowners: Notarized Deed
Please note: a transfer fee of $36.25 will be applied to the first bill.
Disconnect a Service
To disconnect your service, please complete the required form and bring it to our office with the following valid IDs:
- Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
- Social Security Card
Please note: any remaining balance must be paid at the time of disconnection.
Poly Cart Requests
Request Additional Poly Cart
To request an additional poly cart for your residence, please download and submit the request form. The additional charge for the extra cart(s) will be added to your monthly water bill.
Request Poly Cart Pick Up
To have an additional poly cart picked up from your residence, please download and submit the request form. The additional charge for the extra cart will be taken off your monthly water bill.
