Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Morrison. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed. The following items were approved:
a. Approval of the minutes from the meeting held February 20. 2024
b. Approval of the Treasurer’s Report
c. Acceptance of Purchase Orders

Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve reimbursement to the City of Wewoka General Fund in the amount of $140,220.63 for the operation of the utility system, seconded by Mrs. Beyer. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Smart, and Mr. Williams. Motion passed.
