Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve consent docket items a, b, c, and d, seconded by Mr. Morrison. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed. The following items were approved:
Approval of the minutes from meeting held on August 13, 2024.
Approval of the Treasurer’s Report.
Approval of Purchase Orders.

Mrs. Smart made a motion to approve reimbursement to the City of Wewoka General Fund in the amount of $146,859.92 for the operation of the utility system, seconded by Mrs. Beyer. Aye’s Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
