Mr. Morrison made a motion to approve the consent docket as submitted, seconded by Mr. Williams. Aye’s Mr. Morrison, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed. The following items were approved:

Discussion and possible action to approve supplemental appropriation in the amount of $598.000.00 for final payment of property located at 228 E. 2nd Street.

Mrs. Edwards made a motion to approve supplemental appropriation with correction to address, in the amount of $598.000.00 for final payment of property located at 206 E. 2nd Street, with $550,000 going into a CD, and the remaining $48,000.00 in a line item in the industrial authority, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Aye’s Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
