Mrs. Beyer made a motion to approve loan against CD #4389 at Security State Bank in the amount of $95,000.00 as collateral for CDBG reimbursement grant, seconded by Mr. Morrison. Aye’s Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Edwards, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed.
