At 6:03, Mrs. Beyer made a motion to go into executive session to interview candidates for the position of City Manager, seconded by Mr. Morrison. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed.
At 8:07, Mrs. Edwards made a motion to come out of executive session and take no action, seconded by Mr. Williams. Ayes Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Smart, and Mr. Morrison. Motion passed.
