Mrs. Smart made a motion to go into executive session at 6:02 p.m., seconded by Mr. Morrison. Ayes Mrs. Smart, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Beyer. Motion passed.
Mrs. Beyer made a motion to come out of executive session at 7:06 p.m., seconded by Mr. Morrison. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Smart. Motion passed.
