Mrs. Beyer made a motion to fill in Westside Pool, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Smart, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Nayes, Mrs. Edwards. Motion carries.

Discussion and possible action to make an offer of employment to Rebecca Stone for the position of City Manager, with possibility of executive session. (AG OP 06-17)

Mrs. Smart made a motion to go into executive session at 6:00 p.m., seconded by Mrs. Beyer. Ayes Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Motion carries.
Mrs. Beyer made a motion to come out of executive session at 7:13 p.m., seconded by Mrs. Smart. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Motion carries.
Mrs. Edwards made a motion to hire Rebecca Stone as City Manager, seconded by Mrs. Smart. Ayes Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Smart, Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Morrison. Motion carries.
