Interview Date For Municipal Judge

Discussion and possible action to schedule an interview for Municipal Judge.

Mrs. Beyer made a motion to hold interviews for municipal judge on June 24th at 5:00 and 6:00, seconded by Mrs. Edwards. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Williams, Mr. Tucker, and Mr. Ellwanger. Motion passed.
Reschedule July City Council Meeting

Discussion and possible action to reschedule July City Council meeting to Tuesday, July 15.

Mrs. Beyer made a motion to reschedule the July meeting to Tuesday, the 15th at 6:00, seconded by Mr. Williams. Ayes Mrs. Beyer, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Tucker, and Mr. Ellwanger. Motion passed.
Debt Payments

Discussion about City loans at Security State Bank, Patrons Bank, and First United Bank. Possible action to put loan payments on automatic draft.

Mr. Ellwanger made a motion to approve payment for all delinquent, regular monthly installment loans, as well as delinquent annual-payment and quarterly past-due loans, seconded by Mr. Williams. Ayes Mr. Ellwanger, Mr. Williams, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, and Mr. Tucker. Motion passed.
Mr. Ellwanger made a motion to place all regular monthly installment loan payments on automatic bank draft as City Manager deems appropriate, seconded by Mr. Tucker. Ayes Mr. Ellwanger, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Beyer, Mrs. Edwards, and Mr. Willaims. Motion passed.
