Municipal Court
The Wewoka Municipal Court is committed to administering justice and serving the public in a fair, efficient, and professional manner. Our court is responsible for handling all traffic citations, municipal ordinance violations, and other cases filed within the city’s jurisdiction. We are dedicated to ensuring a respectful, accessible legal process for all citizens.

Court is held every Monday at 2:00 PM (except for holidays). All sessions are held at the Wewoka Civic Center.

Pay Fines and Tickets
You can pay online 24/7 through our secure portal. You will need your Account Number and the amount to be paid.
In-person payments are accepted at the Water Department, located in City Hall. Payment hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
