Mr. Ellwanger made a motion to proceed with “Mike’s Construction”, pending that they provide proof of being bonded and insured, and can supply references, seconded by Mr. Williams.

Lease Agreement Between City of Wewoka and Terry McCrary

Discussion and possible action to discuss the lease agreement between the City of Wewoka and Terry McCrary, and approval thereof, covering City property described in Exhibit A.
